After six years living on the street being homeless and a lot of that time on Auckland’s Karangahape Road, I finally got housed and got my shit together.
However, even as an award winning post graduate I couldn’t find a job.
It breaks my heart to see our whanau begging on the street for stray change and I wanted to create something that might give them back their mana.
The K’ Road Chronicle is inspired by The Big Issue, with a number eight wire twist.
